Soundbath For Deep Restoration

The Healing Hub is inviting Core Fitness members to join a complimentary Deep Restoration Soundbath designed to help calm the body, quiet the mind, and support deep relaxation and healing. In today’s fast-paced world, many of us spend long periods in a heightened stress state, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, or physically tense. This soundbath has been created to offer a space where your nervous system can soften, reset, and return to a more balanced state. This session is ideal if you are experiencing: • Stress, overwhelm, or burnout • Anxiety or racing thoughts • Poor sleep or difficulty switching off • Physical tension or fatigue • Feeling emotionally or mentally depleted • A need to slow down, ground, and reconnect with yourself If you feel called to slow down, reset, and nourish your nervous system through the healing power of sound, we would love to welcome you. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and restored. There is no charge to Core Fitness members as the studio have been generously provided with gratitude.
