What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious, intentional breathing techniques to access deeper states of awareness, release emotional blockages, and promote physical and mental wellbeing. It draws from ancient pranayama traditions and modern therapeutic approaches to create transformative experiences.

Initial 1-to-1 Evaluation

We offer a special initial 30-minute 1-to-1 evaluation session designed specifically for people new to breathwork. During this session, we assess your breathing patterns, posture, and overall respiratory health, then provide personalized techniques to help you improve. This is particularly beneficial for people with:

  • Asthma and respiratory conditions
  • High blood pressure
  • Sleep apnea and sleep disorders

Our Breathwork Offerings

Beyond the initial assessment, we offer a range of guided breathing practices:

  • Guided Wim Hof Style Breathing Sessions — Harness the power of controlled breathing combined with cold exposure techniques for increased energy and resilience
  • Firebreathing — An advanced practice focused on breath retention and strengthening diaphragmatic breathing for enhanced lung capacity and control
  • Conscious Release Sessions — Through guided breathing patterns, access deeper states of awareness, release emotional blockages, and promote physical and mental wellbeing

We currently offer breathwork sessions for individuals or small groups. Group sessions create a supportive community atmosphere, while private sessions allow for personalized modifications. We're planning to launch specialized workshops in the future — stay tuned!

What to Expect

Your breathwork session begins with a gentle grounding exercise and intention setting. Your practitioner will guide you through specific breathing patterns, helping you navigate the experience safely and comfortably.

During the session, you may experience tingling, temperature changes, emotional release, or profound insights. Every experience is unique and valid. Afterwards, you'll be guided through a gentle integration process.
